TEAMUP TEXTS

Supportive Messages from Kind People

A small connection can make a big difference in our lives. That’s why we’re happy to introduce you to TeamUp Texts.

What is it?

TeamUp Texts is for St. Luke’s employees and research participants (MHAPPS, SPARC, SPRING) struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide, or who could simply use more positive support. Once you sign up, you’ll be connected with a real Idahoan (from the Idaho Crisis & Suicide Hotline) who will send periodic supportive messages through text for 12 months.

You can reply and converse over text if you’d like, or you can choose to only receive messages and not reply.

This program is free and confidential. You can opt out at any time. Following the conclusion of your 12-month term, you may choose to renew for another term.

How do I start?

Signing up is quick and easy. Just text “Connect” to 833-866-7746. You’ll receive a quick survey via text message to finish enrollment, and then your TeamUp Texts specialist will reach out to you.
