TEAMUP TEXTS

Supportive Messages from Kind People

A small connection can make a big difference in our lives. That’s why we’re happy to introduce you to TeamUp Texts.

What is it?

TeamUp Texts is for St. Luke’s employees struggling with anxiety, depression, suicide, or anyone who could simply use more positive support. Once you sign up, you’ll be connected with a real Idahoan who will send periodic supportive messages through text.

You can reply and converse over text if you’d like, or you can choose to only receive messages and not reply.

This program is free and confidential for employees of the St. Luke’s Health Systems. You can opt out at any time.

How do I start?

Signing up is quick and easy. Just text “Connect” to 833-866-7746. You’ll receive a quick survey via text message to finish enrollment, and then your TeamUp Texts specialist will reach out to you.
